Robot body
The FD 938 CY series meets the drag chain requirement of 10 million times and is an economical PVC sheathed cable. As the cables of the robot body series have lower sensitivity requirements to the external environment, the interconnection adopts the most cost-effective PVC sheath material, and the insulation uses TPEE material with higher mechanical properties, which can not only ensure the electrical performance of the cables but also meet the requirements of most robot bodies in the market. In terms of flame retardancy, it can meet the requirements of VW-1/FT1 and has excellent electromagnetic interference resistance.
Robot arm
FD 930 CP meets the requirement of twisting 10 million times and is resistant to bending and twisting transformation into PUR sheathed cables. As a robot arm cable, TPEE insulation with high mechanical performance is used to protect the conductor from external stress, and wear-resistant PUR sheath material is selected, especially suitable for special environments of bending and torsion. A smaller cable bending radius can adapt to most usage situations such as handling, welding, gluing, polishing, etc. The cable is halogen-free and meets the flame retardant requirements of FT2. It has excellent protection advantages in acid and alkali resistance, spark and splash prevention.
730 P, 837 CP and other wear-resistant, impact resistant and trampling performance cables are used as connecting cables between control cabinets and robot bodies. They are often laid on the floor, and although measures such as hose protection can be used, trampling and other situations can also occur frequently. Therefore, it is recommended to use wear-resistant PUR sheath for the sheath material of Zhaolong Interconnect, while improving the cable process to make the cable more compact and particularly durable.
